Abducted Child: Ahlora Ashanti Sample Lindiment

Amber Alert: 3 Year Old Girl Abducted by Stranger in Greensboro, North Carolina

On Wednesday, October 9th, an Amber Alert was issued for 3-year-old Ahlora Shanti Sample Lindiment, who was abducted by a stranger at 6:33 p.m. on the same day. The abduction occurred around the Phillips Avenue area in Greensboro, North Carolina at a playground. She was allegedly taken by a black female believed to be in her 20s.

A Mother’s Plea for Help

Erica Lindiment, Ahlora’s mother is pleading for help from the public. She told WTVD, “Help us find her and make sure she gets home safe.” adding “Even if you don’t want to be known, or you don’t want to have your name or anything to do with it, you can always leave an anonymous tip.”

According to the police, Ahlora was last seen wearing black jeans, a short-sleeved pink T-shirt and, possibly, white sandals. Her hair was braided with multi-colored beads at the time of the abduction.

Greensboro Police Searching for Suspected Child Abductor

Police are describing the stranger they believe abducted Ahlora as a black woman in her 20s. She is around 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. At the time of the abduction, she was wearing a short-sleeved black crop top with black pants that had stripes on the legs along with printed tiger faces.

Greensboro police released this photo of a woman matching the description stating they are “not calling her a suspect, but we believe she may have information about the incident. We want to identify and speak with her about any information or insight she may have.”

The FBI, along with investigators with the Greensboro Police Department, will be canvassing the neighborhood. They ask that anyone with information come forward and speak to them.

The Greensboro Police Department is also asking for help from the public to identify the woman pictured above.
